Lovely to meet English couple, Wil and Hanna!
We went to the famous BEEF CUTLET restaurant in Shibuya, called Motomura. They served us the medium raw beef cutlet. So we need to pick it up and put it on the hot plate in front of us to grill a little bit on the side. This is really unique and we enjoyed it and of course the taset so mcuh.
